Shipping Process
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that it’s been received and is being processed. Processing typically takes 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order before 15:00 GMT, we will start processing it the same day. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you another email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. You can expect your package to arrive in 5 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday). We are happy to offer free delivery within the United Kingdom.

Potential Delays
Due to various reasons a delays can occur. We are very sorry for this, but please be patient, so if your order is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday) beyond the expected delivery date for it to arrive. Order Cancellations
If you change your might and decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@elysiawindmere.com. Once the order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you notice damage or a mistake with your order, please immediately take photos of the issue, including any packaging damage or defects, and send them to support@elysiawindmere.com. We will help you getting a correct, non-damaged item as soon as possible.
