Return Process
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, no matter the reason. Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period. To initiate a return, first email us at support@elysiawindmere.com. We will then send you a more detailed information about the return process. Ensure the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. When sending the item back to us, please use a reliable courier so that the package won't get lost. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover any return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply email us at support@elysiawindmere.com with the details of the new item, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Order Cancellations
If you change your might and decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@elysiawindmere.com. Once the order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you notice damage or a mistake with your order, please immediately take photos of the issue, including any packaging damage or defects, and send them to support@elysiawindmere.com. We will help you getting a correct, non-damaged item as soon as possible.
